For the month of November, we are focusing our meditation practice on thankfulness and gratitude. Enjoy this original gratitude meditation for the holiday week!
Thanksgiving is this week, which is often a time where we ask ourselves - what are we thankful for? Take a moment and write five things you are thankful for. Turn on some calming music or sit in silence while you are writing and reflecting. This can be hard as this past year has been tough for so many, but there is always something we can be grateful for. Give yourself grace this Thanksgiving and love yourself.
