How do you Meditate? Mediation is something that can take a few seconds to hours. Mediation is spending time disconnected with no distractions. Focusing on just breathing and letting your thoughts flow or letting thoughts come and go. During COVID, I took the time to practice and learn more on meditation to help me and help my clients. I have learned a lot in my journey so this month on Wednesdays we will explore Mediation.
