How do I meditate? Good question. You start by taking some time away from distractions. It is best to pick a time when you can be alone. Mornings or evenings work best for most. After you pick a time, turn of noises, phones etc, find a comfortable place, you can be sitting or lying down, then begin to breathe, count in and out. I recommend to start off slow, take one minute then gradually work up from there. Give it a try!
