Hi, I’m Laura, and I’d be honored to support you through life’s challenges. I work with teens (14+) and adults who are navigating grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety and depression, maternal mental health and parenting struggles, and attachment concerns.


My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive—with a little bit of humor and creativity mixed in. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely human. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or rigid—it can be expressive, empowering, and even enjoyable. I often incorporate music, books, movies, and storytelling into the work we do, because I believe healing happens when we can bring our full selves into the room.
