I was referred to Towler Counseling by a friend a few years ago, and I’ve been going ever since. I was a little unsure at first, but it ended up being a really good fit. My therapist and I mostly just talk through whatever’s going on, but it doesn’t feel forced or overly structured. We’ve also spent time figuring out what growth actually looks like for me, which has been really helpful in a practical way, not just something we talk about and forget. I’ve been there for a few years now and it’s just been a really steady, positive thing in my life. I’m really glad I found them.

I had never been to therapy before so when I started therapy at Towler counseling, I was nervous, but my therapist in our initial session made it so easy to open up and feel safe and we’ve accomplished a lot through my own trauma and healing and setting goals.
