Under the supervision of Tara Towler, LPC, CPCS, Carson has years of experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples. She helps clients build self-esteem, increase emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Carson a works with families who are struggling to connect, communicate effectively, and improve relational dynamics. Carson works with clients dealing with trauma.

Carson is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples as they navigate challenging life changes, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

She brings a holistic, strength-based approach shaped by a diverse professional background. Carson has worked with special needs children in elementary school settings, supported military members and their families through deployment and reintegration, assisted Gold Star Families coping with loss, and most recently worked at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the Heart Center supporting children and families.

Carson uses a person-centered approach and integrates interventions from multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Her background in mental and behavioral health spans educational, military, and hospital settings. These professional experiences, along with her role as a mother to two teenagers and former military spouse, have shaped her grounded, real-world approach to counseling.

Carson holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Certified Premarital Counselor and Gottman Level 1–trained therapist. She is especially passionate about working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions.

Carson’s goal is to foster a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and relationships without judgment.

Rates: $140–$175 per session
