Hi, I’m Laura, and I’d be honored to support you through life’s challenges. I work with teens (14+) and adults who are navigating grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety and depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), maternal mental health and parenting struggles, and attachment concerns.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive—with a little bit of humor and creativity mixed in. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely human. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or rigid—it can be expressive, empowering, and even enjoyable. I often incorporate music, books, movies, and storytelling into the work we do, because I believe healing happens when we can bring our full selves into the room.
