Hi, I’m Paul. I’m a compassionate and experienced therapist. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am passionate about helping my clients build strong support systems within their families and communities. I understand the importance of seeking help to prevent relationships from spiraling out of control. I utilize specific therapeutic techniques and interventions to support each couple’s goals. My specialization lies in couples and family counseling, where I assist clients in identifying and healing the underlying causes of substance abuse, including anxiety, depression, and grief.

I focus on marriage and family therapy and employ Gottman and EFT methods to help couples of all types, from those considering marriage to those who have been together for decades. I work with couples facing life transitions, trust and communication issues, and various relationship and marital struggles.
