As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Couples Counseling using Gottman therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals, groups, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include supporting clients navigating dual diagnoses, recovery, trauma, grief and loss, disordered eating, and mood management. I also have specialized training in postpartum care and extensive experience working with mothers. I’ve worked with clients dealing with addictions and those seeking recovery.
